We believe that there is a big potential in Haïti for tourism. It seems like this beautifull part of the island is forgotten and all tourism is located in the Dominican Republic. The biggest obstacle for potential visitors is the lack of information about travelling in Haiti. Creating a safe place in Port-au-Prince where you can come in contact with local guides and programs can make travelling to Haiti much more easy.

We are looking for the possibility to start up a ViaVia café in Port-au-Prince, 

with an associated training course for young people in the tourism sector. ViaVia is a 

cluster of organizations around a shared strategy in tourism: sustainable, innovative, enriching and independent. Their vision is tourism as leisure and a way to bridge 

cultures and connect people. This way of tourism incorporates people, planet, profit 

and pleasure as it is committed to local wealth creation and supporting local 

entrepreneurship.
