To bring sailers in contact with the beautiful beaches and culture of Haïti we like to 

create stopping spots in Haiti along the Carribean sailing route. We are studying 

existing models of sailing tourism in the Caribbean area so that we can adapt them 

to the specific Haitian situation. The development of moorings for sailing boats at 

little villages on the island coast, can be an excellent response to strengthen up 

tourism in Haïti, which is one of the most important economic sources of income. 

It is also focused on supporting local entrepreneurship in the villages.

spots for the construction of moorings for sailing boats.
